Five Ways You Can Help Make a Difference in Chattanooga!
- Give Funds - Building houses and serving families takes lots of funds – materials and services alone cost $75,000 for each Habitat house built. Not to mention providing construction staff, staff to help families prepare to be homeowners, to pickup donations, etc.

Send your check to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga, 1201 East Main St., Chattanooga, TN 37408, our go to http://www.habichatt.org/sponsor/ to make a gift using paypal. - Give Land – Besides funding, Habitat needs land to build homes. If you have property please contact us at 756-05067 – if it meets our building needs, your donation may be tax deductible.
- Give Your Time – volunteers are needed to build every Habitat house, but right now weekend volunteer slots on homes are filled up far in advance. If you are interested in helping Habitat, please consider helping on weekdays, serving in the Restore, helping in the Habitat office, or using your talents in other ways. - Give Your UnNeeded Building Materials – The ReStore features new and used building materials at 50-75% off retail donated by people just like you. Your purchases at the ReStore, or your donations of building materials for sale there, help raise funds that support the work of Habitat in Chattanooga. The ReStore is located at 1201 East Main St., and is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday – Saturday. Call 634-1004 for more information or to arrange a donations pick-up.
- Leave a Legacy. If you believe in paying it forward and having a direct influence on the lives of future Habitat homeowners, choose a planned giving donation that will make a difference in Chattanooga for years beyond your life time.
