Four Ways you can help Habitat make a difference in Chattanooga:
Make a Donation - Building houses and serving families takes lots of funds – materials and services alone cost $75,000 for each Habitat house built. Not to mention providing construction staff, staff to help families prepare to be homeowners, to pickup donations, etc.
Your support makes a real difference. If you would like to help, send your check to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga, 1201 East Main St., Chattanooga, TN 37408, our go to http://www.habichatt.org/sponsor/ to make a gift using paypal.
Volunteer – volunteers are needed to build every Habitat house, but right now volunteers slots on homes are filling up quickly. If you are interested in helping Habitat, please consider serving in the Restore or helping in the Habitat office. Call Linda Sneary 756-0607 ext 22 to learn more about other ways to help out.
Shop/Support the ReStore – The ReStore features new and used building materials at 50-75% off retail. Your purchases at the ReStore, or our donations of building materials for sale there, help raise funds that support the work of Habitat in Chattanooga. The ReStore is located at 1201 East Main St., and is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday – Saturday. Call 634-1004 for more information or to arrange a donations pick-up.
Tell Your Friends About Us - You can help us help more families by sharing what Habitat does with your friends and family by letting them know about this blog, our website at www.habichatt.org, the ReStore, and the opportunities for service at Habitat.
